- Those illegally and unlawfully targeted by the FBI and then put under surveillance and community monitoring programs and community policing programs which involve the DHS as well have been unlawfully Defamed, Smeared, and Labeled as Mentally Ill so they can be disappeared by a miscreant Police body as Dangerous and a Public Safety Risk when they are perfectly normal, sane and often exceptional in some way or the other: These are Crimes, and they are both Police and EMS and Medical Crimes. This Cover of Crime conceals the larger crime of unconsented-to RF/Neuro DEW experimentation on Body and Brain--which has been and is being conducted by numerous entities working together including Military-Intelligence-Justice, Universities both foreign and domestic, Private Corporations both foreign and domestic. Crime is Crime and must be reported and addressed in Journalism and Law. Such experiments are criminal and must be exposed.
- Please write repeatedly therefore [Emails and Faxes are Letters too] to the Military Ombudsmen for each military branch or agency, to Attorney-Generals, and to Heads of State, to Senate Intelligence Committees, periodically reporting the crime, the No-Consent, the effects of the unlawful use of radio and neuroweapons on your body, and the repeated and insistent request and demand that they stop the unlawful use and experimentation on your body. In addition to ensuring you and your family are living Privately, and safe on Land and Soil jurisdiction.
- Please spell out with some broad headings the kind of crimes being executed on you and/or family.
- Please spell out each time these are THROUGH-WALL CRIMES, AND NO ONE IS PERMITTED BY LAW TO TOUCH ANOTHER’S BODY THROUGH-WALL WITH RADAR, RADIO, MICROWAVE, MILLIMETER WAVE WEAPONS.
- Please note that when Radar and Infra-red and pulsed energy Radio weapons are used Through-Wall on your private parts–that’s the urino-genital system, the bladder, the urethra, the reproductive system, the vulva, the breast, nipples, the reproductive organs, the female reproductive organs, the male reproductive organs–that’s SEXUAL TORTURE, SEXUAL HARASSMENT, SEXUAL MOLESTATION, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC RAPE OF SKIN AND ORGANS. This is Through-Wall Radio Molesting and these men and women next door who are paid to attack you through-wall are THROUGH-WALL RAPISTS, MOLESTERS, AND TORTURERS along the lines of the Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo and Black Hole Rendition Sites in other countries (other than the USA). There are Laws against Rape, Molesting, Torture. WARS do not permit SEXUAL TORTURE. But the DARPA, DOD, CIA, DIA, NSA have permitted SEXUAL TORTURE? There are Conventions, Treaties, Laws of War and Peace, Human Rights Laws, International Laws, State Laws, Federal Laws, Constitutional Laws against the PHYSICAL TORTURE OF HUMAN BEINGS AND ALL PEOPLE. These must be investigated, researched, listed, shared online; they must be cited by all who have been so attacked, they must be reviewed by the bosses of each of your neighborhood torturers.

Well, why not torture THEM, to see how they like it? Seriously, in each letter, please propose that they submit their names to the TORTURE PROGRAM that the FBI-Local PD-DHS has dragged you into. Please propose to each of the Military Ombudsmen and Military Heads and Intelligence Heads and Attorney Generals you write to that surely, they haven’t UNDERSTOOD what you and all have been writing to them about–FOR THEY HAVEN’T STOPPED THIS CRIME. AND THEY MUST. THERE IS NO LIFE FOR YOU NOR FOR ANYONE ELSE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD if you are being TORTURED. SEXUAL TORTURE IS THAT FINAL STRAW WE MUST PIVOT TO USE. Reveal Sexual and Urino-Genital Torture: Reveal that these are Air Force SKIN burning, stimulation, itching, attack weapons that absolute criminals in the WEAPONS RESEARCH space have developed–and they spell THE END OF HUMANITY. THESE ARE LIES WHICH COME FROM HUMAN SACRIFICE AND ANIMAL SACRIFICE THINKING AND THEY NEED ABSOLUTE AND COMPLETE AND IMMEDIATE HALTING. There is no time to waste. Write your thoughts in your letters and tell the people you write to who you really are, what your life was before this happened, and where you were headed. They can kid themselves all they want but their life is not more important than yours. YOUR LIFE, YOUR HEALTH, YOUR BODY, YOUR BRAIN, THE SANCTITY OF YOUR BODY AND BRAIN ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN THE WORLD. No one else’s. Next, your kids’. WRITE FROM YOUR SELF AND TELL THE US GOVERNMENT THEY HAVE PERMITTED OBSCENE CRIME AND MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY. Tell them the future of their own bodies, brains, and lives is not in Technology nor in Medicine as in Western Allopathic Medicine (despite its limited use in some areas) but in HERBS, NUTRITION, REST as it has always been: this is how we heal and we do not need CLINICAL TRIALS, VACCINES, MEDICAL CRIMINALS running Satanic experiments on animals and humans and lying about these humans desperately needing their crime (RESEARCH ON PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CONSENT AND ANIMALS WHO OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CONSENT IS MASSIVE MEDICAL CRIME).
